A dazzle of events

This painting is a more realistic visual of the current events. The coral ecosystem, same as marine life, is dying. There are many events happening in the painting, with interlinks giving the audience a more straightforward message on the current state of our ecosystem. There are more dark colors in this painting giving a deeper meaning to the painting, but the vibrant colors are still the dominant colors. Those same vibrant colors are able to give life where it is necessary, where there is still some left. Still with mixed media, giving a continuous link in the painting, each object in the painting is in acrylics and even if they are not one next to each other they still show that they are all connected. It raises awareness as my previous submitted works, ‘a frog’s journey’ and ‘changes’ helpt in the timeline of our ecosystem. Those three artworks together give a better perspective and understanding on how our ecosystem is going. Now ‘A dazzle of event’ is where we are situated, where there is still hope but where it is necessary to see why it is important to help the ecosystem.
