The last reef

vlasenkot

Coral reefs can withstand the destructive force of ocean waves but are very sensitive to human impact on the ocean and climate change.
Global warming, ocean acidification, overexploitation of biological resources, washout of agricultural land that encourages the growth of algae, the use of sunscreens – this is not an exhaustive list of the results of human activity, which leads to a reduction in the area of coral reefs.
One day, mankind may find that the bright coral world has remained only in aquariums, and the ocean has become dark and lifeless. It is in our power to prevent this and preserve the amazing ecosystem of living coral reefs.
